1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting Casa Verde Restaurant or using our website to make a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time. For parties of 6 or more, a credit card may be required to hold the reservation. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a reservation time for large parties may be subject to a fee.
3. Conduct on Premises
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated, or violating our policies. All guests must comply with applicable health, safety, and local regulations.
4. Menu and Pricing
Menus and prices are subject to change without notice. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness — please inform your server of any allergies before ordering.
5. Gifts Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Verde Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in dispute.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
