Casa Verde:
A Table Worth Coming Back To
Casa Verde has been serving Little Havana since 2008. What started as a small family kitchen on Calle Ocho has grown into one of Miami's most beloved Mexican restaurants — but our recipes and our warmth have never changed.
Every dish traces back to the Oaxacan kitchen of owner Maria Reyes' grandmother. Her mole negro — a slow-cooked blend of dried chilies, dark chocolate, and 28 spices — takes three days to make and has been on the menu since opening day.
We make our tortillas fresh every morning, grind our own masa, and source our produce from local farms whenever we can. Come hungry, come with family, and come ready to feel at home.
