Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.

3. Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. We cannot guarantee your full appointment time if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

4. Health Disclosures

For your safety, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline services if a treatment could pose a health risk to you or our staff.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and gift cards. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Spa Miami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
