Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or visiting Fades & Co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Appointments
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Online bookings via Booksy are recommended to secure your preferred time slot and barber. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows may result in a cancellation fee on future bookings.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you're not fully satisfied with your cut, let us know before you leave. We'll do our best to fix it at no additional charge. We cannot offer refunds for services already rendered.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Venmo. Gratuity is always appreciated but not required.
5. Conduct
We maintain a respectful, professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, have no expiration date, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fades & Co is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
